The Augustana men’s basketball team has fallen in the rankings from no. 6 last week to no.11 this week.
Coach Grey Giovanine’s squad over the last couple of weeks has accumulated losses to North Park with a score of 76-69 and to North Central with a score of 72-70. As of this week’s poll on d3hoops.com, North Park and North Central remain unranked.
Despite those two losses, the Vikings were able to pull out a win over Carthage at home on Feb. 7. with a score of 60-29. This win did not help the Vikings keep their no. 6 spot, however.
The men return to the court to play their final home game of the year against Millikin at the Carver Center on Feb 14.
