The Augustana student currently facing child pornography charges will remain in jail while awaiting trial.
On Oct. 24, Rock Island County judge Frank Fuhr labeled Kenealy a flight risk, and in accordance with the information presented at her detention hearing on Oct. 5, ruled in favor of her continued detention preceding trial.
Kenealy voluntarily waived her right to a preliminary hearing and maintains her plea of not guilty. She is scheduled to next appear in court at 1 p.m. on Nov. 16.
